REFUND POLICY

Harrington Arts produces limited, handcrafted works authored by hand. As such, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Made-to-order works

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration

Variations in texture, finish, and detail are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit. Refunds are issued only in rare cases.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized works

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Digital content or downloadable materials

  • Gift cards


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return or repair is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.


UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


CARE & REPAIRS

Lifetime cleanings are offered for works created by the studio.

For repairs beyond routine care, we may coordinate with a trusted local jeweler. Harrington Arts is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized third-party services.
