This website is operated by Harrington Arts. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Harrington Arts. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your use of the Service.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All content on this site—including imagery, drawings, engravings, text, and descriptions—is the intellectual property of Harrington Arts and may not be reproduced, copied, or exploited without written permission.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All works are handcrafted and authored by hand. Variations in finish, texture, and detail are intentional and part of the process.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your device’s display will reflect true color or detail.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

4. COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM WORK

Custom and commissioned works are accepted on a selective basis.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Once accepted, all terms—including scope, pricing, deposits, and timelines—will be confirmed in writing.

Custom and commissioned works are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of handcrafted and limited works, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Normal wear, aging, or patina

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with documentation.

8. CARE, CLEANING & REPAIRS

Lifetime cleanings are offered for works created by the studio.

For repairs beyond routine care, we may coordinate with a trusted local jeweler. Harrington Studios is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized third-party services.

9. ARCHIVES & PAST WORKS

Works displayed in Archives or Past Works sections are not available for purchase unless explicitly stated. All rights remain reserved.

10. AI & DIGITAL TOOLS DISCLOSURE

Some images may feature digitally generated backgrounds. All objects are photographed by the studio.

AI tools may be used for drafting or structural refinement of written content. All final creative direction, imagery, and authorship remain studio-led.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Harrington Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or products purchased.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.

15. USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Harrington Arts may engage trusted third-party professionals and service providers in support of the studio’s operations. This may include, but is not limited to, website development, hosting, ecommerce infrastructure, photography assistance, branding support, digital tools, and administrative or technical services.

The studio’s website and select digital assets were developed with the support of external partners, including creationbyjb.com, a provider of website design and creative services.

These third parties do not claim authorship of the studio’s work. All creative direction, final imagery, written content, and artistic output remain under the control and approval of Harrington Arts.

Harrington Arts is not responsible for the independent policies, practices, or actions of third-party services used to support this website or its operation. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
