Harrington Arts ships limited, handcrafted works with care and intention. The following outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and responsibilities.


PROCESSING TIME

All works are prepared for shipment after full payment is received.

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 5–10 business days

  • Made-to-order or custom works: Timelines are communicated individually and confirmed in writing

Processing times may vary based on volume, complexity, or studio schedule.


SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is at the discretion of the studio unless otherwise agreed.

Tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Insurance

  • Signature confirmation

  • International shipping

  • Oversized or high-value items


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Domestic shipments are insured where appropriate. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes or brokerage fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Harrington Arts is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

For lost shipments, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Harrington Arts is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available by appointment only. Details will be confirmed after purchase if applicable.
